This manual serves as a guide line for the field workers when they conduct interviews. In it, are basic guidelines per section of each questionnaire on what field workers need to be aware of as they ask the questions from the respondents? Some of the guidelines include protocols for the fieldworkers and the managers covering issues of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality and consent. In addition to the above, the manual also covers issues on sampling and respondent selection and how to find the sampled dwelling units.
