The NIDS questionnaires are translated into all eleven official languages of South Africa. The Wave 1 questionnaires for each language can be found below. Please note that these files are in pdf format and have been zipped. You will need to decompress them with a program such as 7-Zip (open source,free) or Winzip before viewing them with Adobe Acrobat.
